Hello and thanks for your request. If the blepharoplasty can be done in office for either the upper or lower the price is 2500+tax. If the in house blepharopalsty would be for upper and lower then the cost is $4500 + tax. Should it be a more complex surgery that requires it to be done in a hospital setting, the cost would be around $6656 including taxes, anesthesia fees and facility fees.
